The West Coast is missing a large number of things that I love, for example: snow, friends, non-trafficky roads, James, Lake Michigan, big trees (not of the palm variety), and sand; but one thing it is missing is the thing I miss (almost) the most. It is something that I took for granted in Michigan and something that I thought would always be there. 

Meijer. You know, the 24-hour store full of splendor, magic, and koala cookies? Yeah. That one. I would kill to have access to one of those puppies right about now, when I need pictures developed for tomorrow and cookies for tonight.

But then again, it was over 75 degrees today. Eh. You win some, you lose some.
