See, when I say that I want to take pictures of my friends for my photography class, what I don't want (and what people cannot seem to understand) is this:
You are trying too hard and it shows. You look unnatural, kind of drugged out, and stupid. And I don't want to take pictures (or look at pictures) of that.

There is honestly nothing worth that someone who tries too hard. I think style should come naturally and with ease. If not, hire a competent stylist.
