Dear body (and brain),

You have never had a problem sleeping in before. Keeping me awake until four in the morning and then waking me up at eight is not very friendly behavior. It is cruel and is seen by witnessing parties (ie me) as a betrayal. If it should happen again, I will not hesitate to call the authorities (ie Cocoa).
