Fever.

I can't sleep. Ever anymore. Tomorrow, I'm going to the doctor's office; and I plan on running into his (or her) office with brightly colored clothes and singing,

"Doctor, doctor!
I've got an emergency!
It seems I'm head over heels--
A case of L - O - V - E."

And then I will be sent to the psych ward, where they will investigate my brain for chocolate-eating like symptoms.
