Remember when H&M used to be cheap? I mean, it's still not expensive, per say; and for a lot of people, it probably is a dirt cheap way to get a reasonable, if cheaply made, runway trend -- stat. But I remember when, 4 or 5 years ago, I could walk into that place and buy a pair of jeans for $40, max, a few cute tops/sweaters for $20 and a million accessories for about $3/each.
What happened to that? I went into the H&M at Victoria Gardens and nearly cried at the prices, before finding an odd pair of too-short and too-big lavender Harem pants for only $5 and calling it a day.
